Read your numbers
Your project opens on its campaigns, with its joins at the top: how many Referr saw, and how many it matched to a campaign. Discord doesn't say which invite someone used, so Referr works it out, and when it can't be sure, it says "unable to attribute" rather than guess.
The Health tab shows how your community is doing. From the top:
- Alerts. Each day Referr compares the day before with the same weekday in the weeks before, and flags joins dropping, leaves spiking, or a wave of brand new accounts. Joins and leaves are judged once Referr has a week of your server to compare with. Choose Notify me at the top to have them sent to you by email or Discord DM.
- Growth. Your member count over time.
- Onboarding. How far new members got: Discord's onboarding questions, accepting the rules, your goal role (pick it in the project's Discord settings), talking, and staying.
- Join quality. New accounts, people who left within a day, and people stuck on the rules or in onboarding.
- Retention by source. Who's still there 30 days after joining, for each place you posted.
The free plan looks back 90 days. The paid plan adds each campaign's own onboarding and quality, member activity, the details of each click, reports sent on a schedule, and CSV downloads from the Export menu.
