Refund policy

Last updated 26 September 2026.

If Referr isn't worth what you paid, you should get your money back. Paddle.com sells Referr for us as the merchant of record, so every refund goes through Paddle, back to the card or account you paid with.

Your first 30 days

Ask within 30 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, and we refund all of it. You don't need to give a reason.

A renewal you didn't mean to keep

Forgot to cancel? Ask within 14 days of any renewal and we refund that renewal in full, and cancel the plan so it doesn't happen again.

Leaving partway through a yearly plan

After the first 30 days you can still leave a yearly plan at any time. Ask, and we refund every full month left on it, counted from the day you ask.

Domain slots

A domain slot you buy is charged with your next payment. If you give a slot back on the Domains page, ask within 30 days of the payment that charged for it, and we refund that slot's part.

If Referr lets you down

If a problem on our side stopped Referr counting your joins or clicks for more than a day, tell us, and we refund that month, whenever it was.

After a refund

A refunded plan ends straight away. Your organization moves to the free plan with every number kept, and paid features carry on for 60 days, as they do after any plan ends.

How to ask

Write to billing@referr.fyi from the address on your Paddle receipt, or tell us your organization's name. We aim to reply within two working days. Once we've made the refund, how soon it reaches you depends on your bank, usually a few days. You can also ask Paddle directly, from the link in your receipt.

Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank: a refund reaches you sooner than a dispute does.

Your rights

This policy adds to any rights you have under the law where you live, and under Paddle's buyer terms. It never takes any of them away.
